Welcome to Goaly.org. I'm Lutz Kögler, founder and the current 'we' behind Goaly.org. Yes, that's right, while it's just me for now, this 'we' reflects an ambition, not hubris.
Goaly.org has goals, too, and one is a vision where the consultancy becomes so useful to others, that it begins to grow beyond me as individual to a collective of passionate professionals.

With an Executive MBA in General Management from the University of St. Gallen, a Master's degree in architecture from ETH Zurich and formal training in traditional solid-wood joinery, my education bears witness to the fact that I truly love to learn and constantly immerse myself in new areas of expertise. My professional experience as Managing Director of a consulting firm and long-time co-founder of my own companies shows, that I enjoy turning training into traction. My biggest goal is to help organisations advance towards the best versions of themselves.
