  • The Goaly Workshop is a transformative experience designed to align your team around clear, actionable goals. This workshop will introduce your team to the essentials of goal-oriented business model innovation. The goaly-workshop can serve as a standalone input or as a first step in a more comprehensive project towards strategic clarity and operational excellence.

Innovation and Design:

Choose our project format to go from business model idea to cutting-edge innovation, using rigorous testing, design sprints and systematic de-risking.

  • Once you have a promising business model - ideally generated in one of our Goaly Workshops - that you'd like to test and develop, the Innovation and Design project is for you. Together we will evaluate your models (always in close connection with your specific and overarching goals), develop and run a a testing cycle for them and answer the biggest questions with design sprints. The result is a validated and aligned business model for you to deploy.
